It was a great video, however after taking everything apart, cleaned with water and put back together it didn't work. I proceeded to take whole thing apart again and this time cleaned with isopropyl alcohol put it back together and it still didn't work. I tried 2 different black ink cartridges as well. So, I believe my next step is to replace the print head for the ink OR get a new printer. Thanks anyways!

it's easier to remove the wheels completely before trying to remove the screws. you didn't show the 5th screw on the top under where the canister goes.

The video helped me to repair the no black ink problem for my hp 3520 inkjet printer. The wet paper towel cleaning did not work, but disassembling and soaking in warm/hot water the cartridge carrier worked perfectly. I only want to add a subtle point not mentioned explicitly in the video that gave me problems the first time. When assembling and placing the cleaned cartridge carrier back, be VERY careful to have a narrow transparent tape along which the carrier moves, through a very difficult to see slit at the back of the carrier. The tape has the tendency to be underneath the slit, so you must easily force it with your finger to go through the slit.

Why did you tape it, what there a need? Also the white paint stuff, what is that, what did you put it on and why ... what is its purpose? Sorry hard to tell from video

I just replaced mine 3 days ago. I had 6 screws in total. 2 at each wheel, 1 behind washable filter and 1 next to the cord recoil button. This one wasn’t indicated in your video and I was baffled why I couldn’t open the whole thing up. I thought maybe everything was melted on the inside. Anyway, it took me a while to do it, and I’m proud of myself! While putting it together, though, make sure the cord recoilment system is lined up. That was a bit tricky for me. Now I’m back to vacuuming!!

All parkside tools tell you of a 3 year warranty on the box but you try to claim for a duff battery and they tell you battery warranty is six months I have hundreds of pounds worth of parkside tools but no working batteries I think it may be time to contact trading standards as Lidl customer service don’t want to know

I have same 2nd 3.7V battery in from connector totally dead. All other 3.7V batterys are ok. This on a Lidl or Aldi Florabest FAHE 20-LI A1-1 which is a 20V 2000maHr 40Watt per hour battery. I am fixing it similar like you did. Thanks for video.

Hi great vid. I have the a 5.3 system as well and I want to replace to GU10. However, the is no transformer hanging loose. It goes straight to the pvc pipe. There must be a transformer somewhere then right? Can I just replace the fitting then? It has dim. This might be the reason.

Good day Do robots have to be in water when turned on? I had a wire cable break (I repaired it), when I turn it on first both LEDs flash, then when I turn it on the first or second program screw turns twice and then the LED starts flashing like in your video but it is not in water. Thanks

When I turn the first part with coin, only plastic comes out without the brush... brush seema fixated inside...in all videos it comes out easily...i have v15
